Beaudesert Exhaust - Suitable for TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 2016-Current 78 Series Troop Carrier 4.5L V8 Turbo Diesel With DPF

Beaudesert Exhaust’s full mandrel bent exhaust system to suit the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series Troop Carrier with DPF.

Rugged

Rugged is our standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube

Ultimate

Ultimate is our premium system which is made out of 304 grade stainless steel tube that we polish in-house.

Exhaust will fit around larger shock absorbers, larger tires and replacement rear long range fuel tanks. Toolboxes behind the wheels need 135mm minimum clearance from inside of toolbox to chassis rail.

The oxygen sensor is fitted back into our exhaust in the exact same place as factory exhaust. This exhaust will not fit with belly auxiliary long range fuel tanks.

 

Twin system will not fit with ARB Frontier Poly Tank.

 

This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws.

A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fueled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.

 

The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the chambered internals of the muffler, as well the reduced size tube on each end. For vehicles fitted with a DPF our exhaust kits come standard with a small resonator this gives your vehicle the best airflow.

  • This system can be purchased with no mufflers – designed for off road use only – Beaudesert Exhaust recommends purchasing a muffler or resonator then add the no muffler pipe. This is for legal reasons varying from state to state
  • 2 bolt 3″ and 3 bolt 3 1/2″ 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
  • Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar for quality and strength
  • Systems are available in 441 grade stainless steel or 304 grade polished stainless steel
  • Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
  • Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
  • Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight

Options for single 3″ exhaust

Changing the standard oval muffler to a small cylinder resonator for a louder note is at no charge.

The no muffler pipe is a replacement pipe that bolts in place of the muffler or resonator to gain maximum note.

The no muffler pipe is a replacement pipe that bolts in place of the resonator to gain maximum note.

Options for 3 1/2″ to twin 3″ exhaust

The no muffler pipe is a replacement pipe that bolts in place of the twin resonators to gain maximum note.
